umail.br.gy provides a platform for creating and publishing contact forms. Submissions from user-created forms go directly to the designated email address. We provide hosting and technical functionality only.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
Users must provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of login credentials, and notify us of unauthorized access. Users are responsible for all activity under their accounts. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
Users are solely responsible for:
Forms must never request passwords, 2FA codes, financial info, government IDs, or other sensitive data.
We do not review, scan, approve, or monitor user-created forms prior to publication. We operate solely as a neutral hosting platform.
Violations are addressed only upon proper notice. Reports must include the full URL of the form, including the form token. We may take action including content removal, account suspension, or termination.

The Platform, including design, structure, and content, is owned by umail.br.gy. Portions of the code were generated with the assistance of ChatGPT, and umail.br.gy contributed modifications and integration. Third-party components (W3.CSS, Bootstrap 3/4/5) are licensed separately. Users may not claim ownership of third-party components or redistribute the Platform unlawfully. Users retain ownership of content they create, granting us a limited license to host and display it.
Use of the Platform is governed by the Privacy Policy. Users creating forms are responsible for their own compliance.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied.
umail.br.gy shall not be liable for user-generated content, misuse of information, privacy violations by users, or indirect/financial damages. Users assume all risks.
Users agree to indemnify umail.br.gy for any claims, damages, or costs arising from their use of the Platform or content.
We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations or at our discretion. Account use ceases immediately upon termination.
These Terms are governed by Virginia law. Disputes shall be resolved in Virginia courts.
We may update these Terms. Continued use indicates acceptance.
